Opportunities From: Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee

Volunteer: Child Welfare Intern (Milwaukee) - Fall 2026

The goal of Catholic Charities' Child Welfare Program is to increase healthy birth outcomes among at-risk, low-income families by helping individuals develop tools for good decision making. Program staff are committed to being the support system through the mother and child’s journey but are also inclusive of providing that support to the father’s journey whose engagement directly affects healthy birth outcomes. Additionally, program staff can continue to serve in their support role to clients through the first year of the child’s life.
