We are seeking compassionate and reliable volunteers to assist elderly residents in the Sheboygan community with light household tasks. This role focuses on helping neighbors move and reposition everyday items within their homes, contributing to a safer and more comfortable living environment.

Assist with moving light household items (approximately 10–20 lbs), such as small furniture, storage boxes, or appliances

Help organize or reposition items to improve accessibility and reduce fall risks

Provide friendly, respectful interaction and companionship during visits

Follow basic safety guidelines while lifting and moving objects

Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing 10–20 lbs

Kind, patient, and respectful attitude toward elderly individuals

Dependable and punctual

No prior experience required—just a willingness to help

Your support helps elderly neighbors maintain independence and comfort in their homes while reducing physical strain and potential hazards. Even a small amount of assistance can make a big difference in someone’s daily life.

Role: Silent Auction Paddle Spotters

Scope out the room as we move through our Silent Auction, and record the number of the paddle and amount the auctioneer listed! You will be with several other volunteers and staff monitoring the excitement!

We are looking for compassionate and dependable volunteers to support community members who are unable to drive themselves to appointments or pick up essential items such as prescriptions and groceries. This role may also include picking up items and safely delivering them to individuals in need. In this role, you will provide meaningful assistance that directly impacts the well-being and independence of your neighbors.

Volunteers who sign up will be added to an on-call list, and the volunteer coordinator will reach out when specific needs arise. Opportunities to help will vary based on requests, allowing for a flexible and impactful way to give back.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable volunteer to support our team on an ongoing basis at our West Bend office. This role requires a consistent weekly commitment of approximately 2 hours.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and trustworthy, as they will be trained to handle sensitive client records. A strong understanding of confidentiality is essential, and the volunteer must be willing to learn and adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure all information is managed securely and responsibly.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful, long-term impact while gaining experience in a professional and confidential environment.

The hours are flexible and will be discussed with the office staff. M-F any day and time frame that works for you.

The Child Welfare program needs volunteers to help pack diapers before distributing them to clients.

This is a monthly need that may change dates and times depending on when delivery arrives. Signing up means you will receive an email the week of delivery to see if you are available that month.

Help nourish a new mother through food!

We are looking for volunteers to make or bring already made nourishing meals to our Milwaukee office during business hours 9am-5pm this week!

This will be posted every time a new mother is in need of nourishing foods. Bring in a meal for dinner, the whole day or multiple days. Whatever works best for you!

Help us check coats at our fundraiser! Giving guests tickets and making sure it matches there coat, whether they are just arriving or heading out!

Welcome our guests as they enter the event! You will also help guests find the bar, ballroom, registration and bathrooms.

This may include greeting guests, helping to decorate, event registration, show people to their seats, organize paper materials, etc.
